TBG Education Foundation’s mission is to encourage students to pursue a career in Minnesota’s construction industry. Your contribution to our foundation helps enable us to:

Enhancing the Exposure of Construction-Related Careers
Minnesota’s construction industry has been facing a long-term decline in the ability to recruit enough workers to fill open jobs. Because of this trend, The Builders Group established TBG Education Foundation, Inc. in 2015 to help our member companies find and recruit a new generation of workers for the full range of jobs in the construction industry. We do this by working to increase awareness of skilled construction trade career opportunities, promoting long-term career viability and providing financial support in the form of grants and scholarships.
